8.2.8 Working practices: appeals process

Our university maintains an institutional communication mechanism that enables staff to submit feedback, suggestions, or appeals related to their rights, salaries, and administrative matters. The RİMER (Guidance and Communication Center) serves as a platform through which employees can directly communicate with the university administration and access transparent resolution and information processes. Applications submitted through RİMER are reviewed by the relevant departments, and appropriate guidance and responses are provided in a timely manner. This system functions as an essential feedback mechanism that protects employee rights, supports institutional participation, and promotes a sustainable and inclusive working environment.
