The Administrative Staff Experience Surveys are an important practice regularly conducted by Hitit University to directly contribute to the institution’s organizational development, internal evaluation, and quality assurance processes. The reason Hitit University has adopted this approach is to gain a deeper understanding of the processes to which our employees contribute and to develop strategies that will ensure sustainable institutional improvement.

These surveys aim to provide a multidimensional analysis of the experiences of administrative staff working in various positions at the university, covering areas such as work environment, managerial processes, communication structure, access to resources, and institutional belonging. The survey not only measures satisfaction with the current situation but also holistically examines employees’ interaction with the institution, their contributions to organizational processes, and the areas open to development.

The survey is conducted at least once a year online. Participant data are collected in accordance with the principle of confidentiality and are analyzed solely for the purpose of institutional improvement processes.

The Administrative Staff Experience Survey reflects Hitit University’s management approach, which values its employees, learns from their institutional experiences, and is based on the principle of continuous development. Through this survey, not only are areas for improvement identified, but also areas of success are recognized, institutional interaction is strengthened, and a foundation for collective growth is established.
