  • Transparency, stakeholder participation, equality, and ethical principles are fundamental in all decision-making processes.
  • Through institutional data management and decision support systems, integrated information flow is ensured among administrators, units, and commissions.
  • Collaboration among the university senate, boards, offices, and units functions within the understanding of continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring–Evaluation and Internal Evaluation Reports ensure the continuous updating of quality assurance policies.

The main goal of governance is to strengthen the institution’s social trust and academic reputation based on the principles of efficiency, transparency, ethics, and sustainability.
