At Hitit University, a special mechanism exists through which feedback can reach not only internal systems but also the university administration directly: RİMER (Rectorate Communication Center).

Accessible via https://rimer.hitit.edu.tr/, this platform represents an institutional communication channel where students, academic and administrative staff, and external stakeholders can directly submit their:

  • Petitions,

  • Suggestions,

  • Requests,

  • Complaints, and

  • Expressions of satisfaction

to the senior management of the university.

All submissions are recorded in the system and forwarded to the relevant units based on the subject matter. Every notification sent through the system is also directly accessible to the Rector of Hitit University and is evaluated in line with the principle of transparency in governance.

RİMER is a concrete reflection of the university’s principle that “every stakeholder can make their voice heard,” strengthening Hitit University’s participatory governance approach.

At Hitit University, feedback systems are not merely “listening” tools; they are robust components of governance through which internal and external stakeholders can directly contribute to the university’s management processes. Transparency and participation are embedded in the institutional structure.

Feedback is not simply a set of collected data — it is the foundation of a culture in which the university is co-built, co-developed, and co-valued by all its stakeholders.
